Studio Group Classes

Group classes at Fletcher Pilates offer an opportunity to study the Pilates method within a shared, structured environment guided by experienced teachers.

Classes are rooted in the Fletcher lineage and emphasize clarity, breath, alignment, and thoughtful progression. Whether practiced on the Mat or with apparatus in a small-group setting, each class supports consistency, skill development, and a deeper understanding of the work.
